Pea & Bean Café ~ a family run café and new venture for Lucy and Aaron who reopened the café in February 2026. Formerly the Bank House Café, the Pea & Bean Café is located in the centre of the village – a short stroll from the beach, park and camp sites.
One of the few places in the village to offer indoor as well as outdoor seating space. The café serves breakfast, lunch and home-made cakes, and delicious coffee – ground to order from Moor Coffee on Dartmoor.
The menu also caters for children and the café is open from 8am for any early risers eager to kick-start their day.
Opening times 8am-3pm Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
In the near future we hope to open for evening meals a couple of times a week along side our day time offerings.
