To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Jurassic Coast we’re collaborating with artist Darrell Wakelam on April 8th and 9th.
Darrell will be in the Centre and needs your help! Kids of all ages are welcome to come and help us in crafting something special to mark this special anniversary! Drop in from 10:30am-2:00pm!
Darrell is a local artist who has contributed to the displays all around our Centre, from the papier-mâché ammonites on our walls and the hanging plesiosaur in the Education Room, to the sealife murals on our walls and theatre. More recently visitors could see him in action working on our 3D landslide model at the back of the Education Room.
