Sorry, we are fully booked for this event and unfortunately, can’t take any extra bookings. We do not have a reserve list and are unable to schedule any additional events.
If you can’t find another available event then the next best thing to joining one of our guided walks is to download our introductory video and guidebook. This gives you all the information you need to find your own fossils and you can bring in any finds into the Centre to be identified.
All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Meeting point: The red lifebuoy on the seafront next to the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre.
Site information: Some uneven ground with sand, pebbles and boulders. Please be suitably dressed for the elements and wear footwear with a good tread.
Distance: 1 mile
Dogs are allowed on the beach where we go fossil hunting, but they have to be kept on a lead.
