Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy

As a small venture run by our charity volunteers, we endeavour to send out all items by Royal Mail second class, on Mondays and Thursdays to UK mainland only. Delivery can therefore take up to a week. We will endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible. Where possible we try to re-use packaging to send out our items, in a bid to reduce waste.

We hope that you enjoy your purchase.

However, if you have changed your mind you can return the item to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund the original price and our delivery charge. Please note that unless the item is faulty (see below), you will have to cover the cost of returning the item. You should enclose details including your reason for returning the item, your name, address, contact email/phone number, order number and date of purchase. Please arrange for secure delivery to ensure the item reaches us. You can also return items in person but please phone first to ensure we are open on 01297 560772. This 30 day policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns address:

If the item is damaged, defective or is incorrect when it arrives please email us in the first instance with your details and a summary of the fault to info@charmouth.org and we will contact you to discuss and make suitable arrangements. If it is necessary to return a faulty or incorrect item, we will meet the cost.

We will notify you when we receive your returned item. Refunds processed online can take up to 14 days to appear in your account. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to discuss them with us.
